Is there a free plan?

Yes - the Starter plan is free forever for non-VAT registered sole traders. No credit card required. Starter covers day-to-day bookkeeping and MTD quarterly submissions; upgrade to Essential when you are ready to submit your yearly Self-Assessment (SA103S).

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, unused credit rolls into your next billing cycle.

Which plan do I need for MTD?

MTD quarterly submissions are free on Starter. Yearly SA103S (Short) self-assessment submission requires Essential. SA103F (Full), invoicing, and reports need Pro. VAT, CT600, and payroll need Business.

What happens after the trial?

After 14 days, your card is charged automatically at your chosen billing frequency. You keep all your data and can downgrade at any time.

Can my accountant access my account?

The Business plan supports up to 10 team members with role-based access. The Practice plan is designed for accountancy firms managing multiple client entities.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is always yours. You can export everything as CSV or PDF before cancelling. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes - save up to 25% with annual billing. Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate.
